This is great! Re-watched Red Sox/Mets game 6 last week- ugh. Sox fans finally forgave Buckner and it was great to see. Steve Bartman not so lucky. Also watched the Donnie Moore/ Hendu game as it happened; sad that Moore couldn't find the help he needed.
Thanks, Bob! I tried to write it so the footnotes told the story as it happened. Glad you dug it. The real story is always way more complicated than the story people remember. It's the nature of our brains in a way. Bartman got treated same as Buckner. Awful. Moore... that's just a goddamn tragedy.
